i Save the World

i Save the World

Students, parents and staff of Papamoa School are promoting their Feet First programme as part of their “i Save the World” programme.

Every week the Kat Hanson (parent volunteer) meets with the student marshals to collect and input the data for Feet First Every Thursday at Papamoa School. Then on Fridays, Kat and students present the trophies to the junior, middle and senior classes that have reached the highest percentages. The school is very pro-active and Wayne (Deputy Principal) has Feet First up on the screen at the assembly. The Kids on Feet buses are very much a success of Feet First under the schools “i save the world programme”.

Those on the walking school bus were presented with ponchos to wear on rainy days. These are proving very successful – students are keen to wear them on windy days too!

Well done to the parent volunteers, students and the school management.
