St Thomas More School Walks from Grenada Park to School

Principal Kath Joblin, teachers, parents, RoadSense facilitator Maree MacDonald and Michael O’Neill from NZTA took time to enjoy a walk to school with St Thomas More students.

The Road Safety Coordinator and Ruben the Road Safety Bear greeted them at the school gate to congratulate them. Even the school buses went to Grenada Park so all bus students joined their classmates to walk to school. St Thomas More have appointed senior students who will drive the Feet First initiative for the school. Watch this space to see what ideas they have.
