Tahatai walks whatever the weather

Tahatai Kids on Feet walking bus

Students at Tahatai Coast School who use the walking school bus promoted the benefits of Kids on Feet and walking to school at their end of term assembly recently. They demonstrated how much they enjoy walking in the rain……to “It’s Raining Men” – what a great dance routine with the crowd getting right in behind them.

They also choreographed their own “hip-hop” routine to show the friendships they have created walking/cycling to school.

They also showed how they keep themselves SunSmart in the summer with “Walking on Sunshine” and a cheeky take on the Macarena thrown in!

Way to go Tahatai Coast School! YOU ROCK!
